Grave Robber At Resurrection Cemetary

When you place someone to rest at your local cemetery you assume they will be left alone and respected. Not the case at Resurrection cemetery since my father passed away in march of 2018 at least once a week even twice sometimes the candles go missing. It was reported to management and local police. No help was given or answers management assures us no employee is cleaning that area and police have not given any insight also. As a act of desperation i went out and purchased trap cameras and got the offices ok to place them. To my surprise a car that was previously reported to the police as taking candles was seen acting strangely at a lot of the monuments and also stopping at my fathers grave. I don't know those people and my father also didn't know them. My biggest shock was a employee was picking the candles up very gently and taking them the video was shown to management and they told me "he wouldn't do any thing malicious like that" even tho i was told as of Nov. first they are on a skeleton crew and are only to be digging grave, changing garbage, and removing funeral flowers of recent burial. So what am i to think and to this day no one is willing to help me bring these people to justice and my father and others around him can not rest while someone is stealing from there graves
