Green Hills Library Hosts Walk-In COVID Vaccine Clinic For 12-Up

Green Hills Public Library is partnering with Crescent Pharmacy to offer the 2-dose Pfizer vaccine for ages 12 and up, June 10 and July 1.

PALOS HILLS, IL — Green Hills Public Library District is teaming up with Crescent Pharmacy, of Bridgeview, to offer a COVID-19 vaccine clinic inside the Library at 10331 S. Interlochen Drive, Palos Hills. The Pfizer vaccine will be available to ages 12 and up; the clinic will be held on two dates, 21 days apart:

First Dose: Thursday, June 10 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Second Dose: Thursday, July 1 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Vaccines are free to all and will be available on a walk-in basis only; no appointments are needed. Patients must come to both dates for the complete series of the vaccine. Please bring a photo ID and insurance card. If you don’t have an insurance card, you can still get the vaccine. Those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
