Hospital Bats Force Patients to Move
It's unclear how long the bats had been inside the hospital.
PALOS HEIGHTS, IL — Patients at Palos Community Hospital were relocated Thursday after bats were discovered inside the building.
The creatures were spotted Thursday in the obstetrics unit at Palos Community Hospital, ABC 7 Chicago reports. It's believed the got inside the building when construction crews were working.
The bats were captured and given to animal control for testing.
