A new company and new locations combined with experienced employees means Inspired Title Group, Inc., is ready to serve the title and escrow needs of Illinois and northwest Indiana. The company was formed earlier in 2019 and recently added two locations in northwest Indiana.
“Our goal was to be located where our clients needed us, and with all the growth in Indiana, we knew that area had to be part of our business plan,” said Andrew Wischhover, president of Inspired Title Group, Inc. “Our company is new but we have an experienced team with over 30 years of combined experience and the capability to handle over 400 transactions per year.”
The Illinois office is located Worth, Ill. The Indiana locations are in Griffith and St. John. With the three office locations, they are set up to work with individuals in both Illinois and Indiana. In addition, they will go to the customer if one of their offices is not convenient. They work with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys and title and escrow customers.
