Local Attorney Elected to IRELA Board

Karyn Vanderwarren elected to three year term on board

Karyn R. Vanderwarren, attorney at law and CPA, was recently elected to the board of theIllinois Real Estate Lawyers Association (IRELA). Vanderwarren was appointed to the board in 2018 to complete a vacant term, and then was elected to the board last week for a three- year term.

The IRELA is the only bar association representing the interests solely of real estate attorneys in Illinois. The purpose of the organization is to protect Illinois consumers and businesses in real estate transactions and to protect the real estate law profession. The board and membership includes experienced attorneys dedicated to assisting individuals and businesses in connection with real estate transactions of all types.
