Moraine Valley And Chicago Fire Host Online FIFA College Tourney

PALOS HILLS, IL — Moraine Valley Community College, along with the Chicago Fire Soccer Club, is hosting a free online FIFA College Tournament on Wednesday, Nov. 4 at 3 p.m. The public is invited to participate in this competition that will pit individual players against each other in a format that starts as a round-robin and moves into an eight-person single-elimination tournament.

Prizes, including four tickets to a 2021 Chicago Fire match, along with Chicago Fire and Moraine Valley swag, will be awarded to the first-place, second-place and third-place winners. Participants who place in fourth through 16th place also will receive a gift from the Chicago Fire.

Registration is taking place now through Tuesday, Nov. 3 or until all 32 spots are filled. Registration information, prize list, rules and technical requirements are available at morainevalley.edu/FIFA.
