Moraine Valley Community College COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic
Registration is open to receive the first dose May 17.
Moraine Valley Community College in coordination with Osco will be offering a Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic. This clinic requires an appointment to register. Appointments can be made by visiting: https://kordinator.mhealthcoach.net/vcl/1620140873290.
The scheduled vaccine clinic will occur on the following days at Moraine Valley Community College, Building M in the Moraine Rooms:

FAQ’s
Q: Who can get vaccinated?
A: Anyone age 16 or over who has not received the COVID-19 vaccine. A parent must give consent for anyone 16 or 17 years old.

Q: Who cannot receive the vaccine?
A: You cannot get the vaccine if you are under the age of 16 OR have received any other vaccine within two weeks of May 7 OR are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.
Q: Do I need insurance?
A: If you have insurance, bring your ID and insurance card. If you do not have insurance, no worries! You will still receive your vaccine. All vaccinations are free.
