I led residential and commercial operations, financial organization and strategy, oversaw financial planning & analysis, and cultivated investor relationships and property management opportunities. I realized the opportunity to combine these operations – title, escrow and construction escrow services – for customers doing business in both Illinois & Indiana. I was credited with crafting a turnabout plan during the economic crisis of 2008 that included operational improvements & cost cutting strategies to keep the local operation viable.
