Palos Park Library's 'Food For Fines' Program Ends Monday
The Palos Park Library, in partnership with PPPD's Cadet Food Drive, is accepting nonperishable food items though the end of the month.

PALOS PARK, IL -- The Palos Park Library has partnered with the Palos Park Police Cadets' 18th Annual Holiday Food Drive to accept nonperishable food donations in lieu of money for paying off library fines.
All food collected will be turned over to the Palos Township Food Pantry, which distributes food and other gifts to dozens of families throughout Palos Park, Palos Heights, Palos Hills, Hickory Hills, Worth, Willow Springs and parts of Orland Park.
Head over to the library by Monday, December 31st to drop off your donation. Each item donated will reduce your total amount owed by $1.
