Restorative Yoga

Learn all you need to know about Restorative Yoga at the Library!

Learn to relax, rest, and relieve the effects of chronic stress. No yoga experience necessary, but you must be able to get down on the floor and rest. Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat and a blanket. Registration is limited to 20. This class is for adults only. Monday, May 16 at 6pm. Register online at greenhillslibrary.org.
