SeatGeek Drive In Shows 'Independence Day' July 4
Watch aliens invade earth in the movie classic 'Independence Day' and other flicks over Fourth of July weekend at SeatGeek Stadium.
BRIDGEVIEW, IL — What better way to celebrate our independence than to watch aliens try to wipe out earth over Fourth of July weekend in the 1996 Academy Award-winning film Independence Day on Saturday, July 4.
The mother ship of all summer action thrillers will appear on the big inflatable screen in the parking lot of SeatGeek Stadium, 7000 S. Harlem Ave. in Bridgeview. The show starts at 9 p.m. with gates opening at 7:30 p.m.
The Chicago Drive-In Theater shows movies seven days a week in one of SeatGeek's parking lots. Social distancing guidelines will be observed. Guests will have to sit inside their vehicles while enjoying the flick. Bring a face covering when grabbing a snack at the concession stand or visiting the restroom.

Movies will be beamed on to a 70-foot screen while guests can listen to the film's audio on their car's FM radio or on a portable radio. Tickets range from $30 to $60 per vehicle, for as many people that can legally fit within the car's capacity (no hiding in the trunk). Higher priced tickets offer a better vantage point of the screen.

Bring a bag with to clean up your own trash to minimize cross contamination with staff. If you can’t figure out how to shut your vehicle’s exterior and interior lights off, bring a transistor radio. The audio is played on an FM frequency.
