St. Patricia Begins Queen of Hearts Raffle at Roberts Roadhouse

St. Patricia Parish is excited to announce its Queen of Hearts 50/50 Raffle hosted by the Roberts Roadhouse at 9090 S Roberts Rd, Hickory Hills. The first drawing took place on Saturday, August 10, 2019 at 6:00 pm, where position #25 was selected and the 10 of diamonds was revealed. The estimated jackpot is over $1700.00 and still growing! Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased anytime during business hours at Roberts Roadhouse. Ticket pricing is 6 for $5.00, 12 for $10.00, 24 for $20.00, etc. Tickets will also be available for purchase in the Gathering Space at St. Patricia Church after all Masses and in the Rectory, Monday-Fridays 9:00 am-4:00 pm located at 9050 S. 86th Ave, Hickory Hills.

Here’s an overview of how the Queen of Hearts game will operate. The game consists of 54 playing cards. You purchase raffle tickets and choose a number between 1 through 54. The number you choose corresponds to a playing card in the display case at the Roberts Roadhouse. Players write their name, phone number and your number (#1-54) on each raffle ticket purchased. Each week, one ticket is randomly chosen at the Roadhouse. If the Queen of Hearts is revealed under that ticket number, the ticket holder wins the grand prize, which is 50% of the total jackpot for that week. The remaining 50% goes to the parish. The Queen of Hearts winner need not be present at the time of the drawing. If there is no Queen of Hearts prize winner that week, the game rolls over with whatever playing cards are remaining on the board until the Queen of Hearts is eventually selected during a future weekly drawing. To enter the raffle in the following weeks, new raffle tickets will need to be purchased. The prior week’s tickets will be destroyed after each drawing.
