The Pitch Players throw to a strike-zone target from a distance of 45 feet for baseball and 35 feet for softball. Any method of underhand/overhand pitching/throwing is allowed.

The Hit Players hit from a stationary batting tee, along a tape measure from home plate, toward straight center field. Hits are measured for distance and accuracy.

The Run Players begin at 2B. On mark, the player runs through 3B and on to home. Each player is timed and ranked. Individual scores are added to determine the overall score and all-around winner for each age group. Players compete in four age groups: 7/8, 9/10, 11/12, 13/14. Age is determined as of July 17, 2015.
