Chamber donates over 800 Park Ridge-Opoly Games to Community

The Park Ridge Chamber of Commerce donated over 800 games, valued at over $16,000 to local families.

The Park Ridge Chamber of Commerce donated more than 800 Park Ridge-Opoly Games, valued at about $16,000, to families throughout the community. Pickup was at various, non-contact locations throughout Park Ridge between March 16 - March 18, while supplies lasted.

Alderman and Park Ridge Chamber member, John Moran suggested the idea to the Chamber as a way for families, who will be cooped up over the next several weeks, to play the game and pass the time.

"It's a great idea! Let's do it," replied Marko Ratic, Chamber President and owner of North Shore Motor Works. "It will give Park Ridge families something fun to do."

The Chamber encourages community members to take photos of their family playing the game and post to social media for the chance to win $100 in Park Ridge Chamber Gift Certificates, redeemable at participating businesses. Drawing will occur on March 31.

Thank you to The Miller Family for sharing the first entry!
