Church Focuses on Spirituality Over Dogma
Unity Northwest Church in Des Plaines shares a story through Patch Connect video.
Greg Barrette, minister at Unity Northwest Church in Des Plaines the past six years, calls Unity a progressive Christian ministry that attracts worshipers who might be recovering from addiction or who aren’t looking for dogma or doctrine in their faith. The church does quite a bit of outreach, including something called Circulation Day. Barrette describes it as “a free garage sale.”
