Delia Anama, also known as Mrs. A, and her daughter Kylie Anama bake up the treats daily. In this video, they describe some of the specialties in their shop at 6 S. Northwest Highway in Park Ridge.

Mrs. A runs the small, independent bakery along with her husband, two daughters, three other older kids, in-laws and grandkids. Cookies are baked every day, including oatmeal raisin walnut, triple fudge, peanut butter, white chip macadamia, snickerdoodles, sugar butter M&Ms and more, according to their website. The large cookie cakes are popular this summer, Mrs. A said, because they are easy to transport and work for every occasion.

They have over 25 flavors of cupcakes including red velvet with cream cheese frosting, double Hershey's chocolate butter cream, and a salted caramel cupcake. (Trust me, it's tasty!)
