Man Charged For Hit and Run

Criminal damage
Todor Petrov, 32, of Niles, was charged with criminal damage to property on April 2. Petrov was arrested in the 200 block of Vine around 8:28 p.m.
DUI

Jozef Kudla, 66, of Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol on April 3. Kudla was arrested near the intersection of Touhy and Seminary around 2:30 p.m.

Suzanne Hammad, 25, of Mokena, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol on April 5. The driver was stopped near the intersection of Farrell and Marcus around 3:50 p.m.

Annete Vaideau, 29, of Des Plaines, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol on April 6. The offender was arrested near the intersection of Devon and Harrison around 12:47 a.m.
Outstanding warrant
Ryan Patrick O'Conner, 35, of Des Plaines, was arrested following an outstanding warrant in Des Plaines on April 6. O'Conner was charged with driving while his license was suspended, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and hit and run, according to the report. His court date is May 2.
