Burglar charged
Jeffrey Levin, 53, of Chicago, was charged with residential burglary on Feb. 15. No further information was provided.
DUI

Jozef Paciora, 49, of Des Plaines, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol on March 8 around midnight. Paciora was arrested near the intersection of Devon and Crescent, police said.

Randy Mattis, 45, of Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs on March 10. Mattis was stopped in the 5400 block of east River Road. Officers also found cannabis in Mattis' possession, the report stated.
Possession of marijuana
Arnold Ruiz, 21, of Chicago, was charged with possession of marijuana on March 9. Ruiz was stopped near the I-90 ramp at Cumberland around 8 p.m.
