Jordan Pencille, 22, of Park Ridge, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, improper parking, possession of a controlled substance and no valid driver’s license or insurance on Dec. 29. Pencille was arrested near the intersection of Hamlin Avenue and Birch Street around 2 a.m.

Roman Panasiuk, 22, of Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol on Dec. 30. Panasiuk was stopped in the 500 block of Halien Street around 6 a.m.

Possession of drug paraphernalia

Neil Hamil Jr., 21, of Evanston, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia on Dec. 30. Hamil was arrested near the intersection of Courtland and Crescent. Hamil was released later the same day.

Joshua Trawver, 19, of Park Ridge, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia on Dec. 31. Trawyer was arrested at Glenlake and Lincoln around 11:30 p.m.

A 16-year-old male from Park Ridge was charged with possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia on Jan. 1. The teen was arrested at the intersection of Grace and Peterson around 8:14 p.m.

Possession of cannabis

Nicholas Bonnett, 26, of Iowa, was charged with possession of cannabis on Dec. 31. Bonnett was arrested near the intersection of Glenlake and Lincoln around 11:25 p.m.

Santino, Stephan, 21, of Skokie, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, squealing his vehicle’s tires, speeding and having no valid driver’s license on Jan. 5. He was arrested near the intersection of Devon and Courtland around 12:08 a.m.
