Zero tolerance
A 17-year-old Park Ridge male was charged under Illinois' Zero Tolerance policy on April 24. The teen was arrested in the 1000 block of Garden around midnight.
DUI

Martin Onofrej, 25, of Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and using unsafe tires on April 28. The driver was arrested near the intersection of Northwest Highway and Berry around 2:50 a.m., police said.
