Park Ridge Blotter: Teen Charged with Arson

Retail theft

Darryl Jordan, 33, of Chicago, was charged with retail theft on March 15.

Zero tolerance

A 17-year-old Park Ridge male was charged under Illinois' Zero Tolerance policy on March 16. The teen was arrested in the 700 block of N. Washington around 8:46 p.m.

Criminal Trespass

A 43-year-old Lincolnwood man was charged with criminal trespass on March 19 4:30 p.m.

Possession of a controlled substance

Daniel Koukoulis, 21, of Chicago, was charged with possession of a controlled substance on March 22 around 10 a.m. The offender was also cited for speeding, not wearing a seatbelt and not having a valid driver's license.

Arson

A 14-year-old Park Ridge male was charged with arson on March 22 around 4 p.m. The teen was arrested in the 100 block of Prospect Road around 4 p.m. 

Police said the teen lit a Dumpster on fire. The fire was extinguished quickly by officers, according to police.
