The Top-Producing Hajdu Group Joins @properties

@properties, the largest residential brokerage firm in Chicagoland, announced that the Hajdu Group, a top-producing real estate team that covers Chicago’s Northwest Side and Northwest suburbs, has joined the firm and will be based out of its Park Ridge office. The team, which is led by Nicole Hajdu, has sold 52 homes totaling more than $17 million in sales volume over the last 12 months. Company co-founders and co-CEOs Thad Wong and Mike Golden made the announcement.

The Hajdu Group comes to @properties from Dream Town, where Nicole was an agent for nearly five years and also coached new agents as the firm’s director of new broker training. She started her real estate career in 2007 and began building a team within the last year. The team includes one assistant, Laura Lunsford, and three additional agents: Noel Figueroa, Ann Cambria, and Mario Bongiorno.

In 2019, the Hajdu Group was the top-selling team in the Jefferson Park neighborhood based on closed sales volume and transactions. The team was also named to The Forbes 500 List of Five Star Professional Market Leaders.

The Hajdu Group specializes in residential and investment properties. Nicole holds a variety of industry certifications and her expertise includes negotiating, renovations, interior design, short sales, and foreclosures.

A Chicago native, Nicole grew up in Lincolnwood and obtained a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Chicago. She has lived in several neighborhoods throughout the city, from Wrigleyville to Jefferson Park. When she’s not working, Nicole enjoys rock climbing, daily journaling, horseback riding, and going to restaurants and festivals with her husband and children. She donates a portion of every commission to One Tree Planted, whose mission is to help global reforestation efforts, and she partakes in a different charitable neighborhood event each month with her team.
