26th Annual Harvest Saturday Food Drive Returns To Romeoville

Northern Will County's 26th annual Harvest Saturday food drive is scheduled for Nov. 23.

ROMEOVILLE, IL - An annual holiday tradition will soon return to the Village of Romeoville. Northern Will County's 26th annual Harvest Saturday food drive is scheduled for Nov. 23.

The event is sponsored by St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, Church of High Point, United Presbyterian Church and The Rock Church.

If you are interested in donating, organizers are asking that people place their food donations in plastic bags outside their front door by 11:10 a.m. Pick-up is from 11:15 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Participants can also bring their food donations to the drop off at St. Andrew the Apostle on the Corner of Kingston and Arlington in Romeoville.

If you would like to donate items, but won't be home that day, you may drop it off at the following locations from 11/10-11/16:

  • Romeoville Village Hall, 1050 W. Romeo Rd.
  • Romeoville Fire Department Station #1, 18 Montrose Dr.
  • Romeoville Fire Department Station #3, 698 N. Birch Lane
  • Romeoville Recreation Department, 900 W. Romeo Rd.
