Cooling Center Added In Romeoville
Recreation Center added as a cooling center for those without air conditioning in Will County.

ROMEOVILLE, IL — Due to extreme heat in this weekend's forecast, City officials announced the Recreation Center at 900 W. Romeo Rd. is open as a cooling center from 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday through Sunday. City officials encourage community members to keep themselves and their loved ones safe, saying anyone requiring a cooling center after these hours should contact the Romeoville Police Department at 815-886-7219.
