Closed Lane Of Normantown Road Re-Opened

The Romeoville village announced shortly after 2 p.m. on Tuesday that the Eastbound lane of Normantown Road was open to traffic.

ROMEOVILLE, IL — Shortly after 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 4, the Romeoville village office sent out an alert that one lane of Normantown Road was closed due to water main repairs.

The road was closed to eastbound traffic between Route 53 and Essex Ave.

UPDATE: The Romeoville Public Works Department announced shortly after 2 p.m. that the water main had been repaired. All lanes of Normantown Road are now open for traffic.
