What: Three firework shows shooting off consecutively
Where: Discovery Park, at 300 S. Highpoint Drive; Volunteer Park, at 1100 Murphy Drive; and Lukancic Middle School, at 725 Normantown Road.
When: The shows are expected to start at 9:30 p.m. July 3.

- Bolingbrook is hosting a firework show July 4 at the Bolingbrook Golf Club, 2001 Rodeo Drive. The fireworks are set to go off at dusk, and DJ entertainment will happen from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- Oswego's annual firework show is taking place at Prairie Point Park, 4120 Plainfield Road, and is set to go off at dusk July 4. Should the event get rained out, the village scheduled a rain date for July 5.
