April 22 Oakton Street Construction
Nicor utility work will cause lane closures at Skokie Boulevard.
On Monday, April 22, 2019, a private contractor working for Nicor Gas will be conducting utility investigations within the intersection of Oakton Street and Skokie Boulevard. This will require closure of one lane of eastbound traffic on Oakton Street and one lane of southbound traffic on Skokie Boulevard. Lane closures will be confined to between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., and this is anticipated to be a one-day project.
