Boston Marathon 2018: Skokie Runners Results

See who braved the cold, wet and windy 122nd edition of the Boston Marathon Monday.

Three Skokie residents braved brutal conditions to complete Monday's wet and windy Boston Marathon. The fastest local finisher was 29-year-old Chris Kammerer, who finished 1,068th overall out of nearly 26,000 runners who completed the race, according to unofficial results. Not all who registered managed to complete the grueling slog of the 122nd running of the Boston Marathon, and a big congratulations is in order to all who crossed the finish line:

  • Chris Kammerer, 29 — 2:55:18 (1,068th overall)
  • Matthew Luff, 36 — 3:33:01
  • Doris Taerbaum, 57 — 4:14:48 (278th in age division)

(Unofficial, net finishing times.)
