Evanston Subaru Donates $53,000 to Charity
Evanston Subaru to Presents Checks to Share the Love Charities for $53,395.85

During the past holiday season, Evanston Subaru in Skokie picked two local charities as beneficiaries of their annual year-end sales promotion called, "The Subaru Share the Love Sales Event".
Evanston Subaru in Skokie chose the local charities of Project Hero and the Community Animal Rescue Effort (CARE). Each charity was eligible to receive a $250 donation from Subaru of America, Inc., for every new Subaru sold during the year-end event that ran between Thanksgiving 2019 and January 2, 2020. In addition, Evanston Subaru pledged another $50 per Subaru sold, or a total of $13,900 earmarked for these two local hometown charities to split. Customers who purchased a Subaru during the campaign were asked to choose between the two local charities and four national charities; Make a Wish, Meals on Wheels, National Park Foundation, and ASPCA to receive the donation
Project Hero is an organization that helps injured heroes overcome obstacles through cycling. Project Hero Chicago is the local extension of the national organization which provides training and rehabilitation to injured Veterans and First Responders.
