Lane Closures on Lincoln Avenue for Water Main Repair
Construction will take place east of Gross Point Road beginning on October 22, 2019.
On Tuesday, October 22, 2019, the Skokie Public Works Department will repair a water main on Lincoln Avenue, east of Gross Point Road. Both eastbound and westbound center lanes of traffic will be closed during this repair. There will be at least one lane of traffic open in each direction at all times. All westbound lanes of traffic will be reopened by the end of the day on October 22, but the eastbound center lane will remain closed until the afternoon of Thursday October 24, 2019 for street restoration.
