Lane Closures for Water Main Repair

On Tuesday afternoon and into the evening, July 23, 2019, the Skokie Public Works Department will be repairing the Water Main on eastbound Dempster Street at Crawford Avenue. The eastbound curb lane on Dempster Street at Crawford Avenue will be closed and diverted to the left lane during this repair. The southbound Crawford Avenue curb lane will also be closed just North of Dempster Street and through the intersection, the left turn lane will remain open at all times. The left turn lane from eastbound Dempster Street onto northbound Crawford Avenue will have temporary closures. All lanes will reopen at the time of completion tonight except the eastbound Dempster Street curb lane. It will reopen Thursday afternoon 7/25/19, as street restoration will take place Wednesday and Thursday.
