Missing Skokie Boy Last Seen At Public Library Reported Found

SKOKIE, IL — Skokie police asked the public for help locating a missing 14-year-old boy who was last seen Sunday. The boy was described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and 125 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a neon yellow t-shirt with a "Lincoln Spartans" logo, blue shorts and gray New Balance shoes, according to police.

The teen was seen in the 8100 block of Kenneth Avenue at 2:30 p.m. Sunday and again at the Skokie Public Library, 5215 Oakton St., at 5:50 p.m., police said.

UPDATE: Skokie police said the boy was found safely in Niles shortly before 10 a.m. Monday.
