No Injuries in Four Vehicle Crash Involving Semi
Ambulance and firefighters responded to a crash in the 7800 block of the southbound Edens Expressway lane on Tuesday around 10:30 a.m. An SUV rolled over as a result of the crash, firefighters said.
Traffic came to an absolute halt as onlookers and drivers saw a four vehicle crash in the 7800 block of the southbound Edens Expressway lane on Tuesday around 10:30 a.m. An SUV rolled over as a result of the accident. All in all, a semi truck and three other vehicles were involved in the crash.
According to Skokie fire officials, there were no injuries and no one was transported to the hospital.
"The safety of today's vehicles is really amazing," said one fire official regarding the rolled over SUV. "The crash looked bad, yes, but it was good that there were no injuries - nobody was transported to the hospital."
