NorthShore HealthSystem Buys $5.7M Office Building

NorthShore University HealthSystem paid $5.7 million for an office building at 2500 Ridge Ave., one block south of its Evanston Hospital, according to Crain’s Chicago Business.

NorthShore purchased the building from about 20 physicians who operated there, Crain’s reports. The hospital network was already renting some space in the three-story, 42,000-square-foot property, and has no plans to change its operation at this point, according to Crain’s.
