Oakton Street Lane Closures Begin February 17
Westbound north curb lane to be closed through late March for construction of the 8000 North development.
Lane Closure for Construction Activity on Oakton Street
between Lincoln and Laramie Avenues
Beginning on Monday, February 17, 2020, construction operations for the 8000 North development will begin on Oakton Street. The north curb lane on Oakton Street will be closed to ensure the safety of both motorists and construction workers. Weather permitting, lane closures are expected to be in place through Friday, March 27, 2020.
The curb lane for westbound traffic will be closed and traffic will be limited to one lane for westbound direction. The two eastbound through lanes will remain open.
