Oakton Street Lane Closures Begin June 3
Lane closures for utility Work between Floral and Lincoln Avenues
On Monday, June 3 and Tuesday, June 4, utility work for the 8000 North Development will begin on Oakton Street. Lanes will be closed as needed to ensure the safety of both motorists and construction workers. Lane closures on Monday and Tuesday will not begin until 9 a.m. and will not continue past 3 p.m. Westbound traffic will be shifted to the south side of Oakton Street and traffic will be limited to one lane each way. Any delay due to weather would extend lane closures until Friday, June 7. During this time, please consider taking an alternate route if possible.
