Man Found After Going Missing From Skokie Home

The 36-year-old Skokie resident was located late Tuesday night, according to police.

UPDATE: The missing person was located late Tuesday night, according to police.

SKOKIE, IL —Police asked the public for assistance locating a missing Skokie man Tuesday evening.

The 36-year-old was last seen leaving a home near the intersection of Le Clare Avenue and Jarlath Avenue around 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, according to the Skokie Police Department.

The man was described as 5 feet, 6 inches, 140 pounds and Black with short hair. Police said he was last seen wearing a blue shirt and black pants.

According to police, the man has the mental capacity of a 10-year-old child and is likely to still be on foot.
