Skokie Game Maker Expands Thanks to Chinese Demand

Game maker Raw Thrills defied the odds when it was first started in 2001, a time when the entire gaming industry was declining, but now thanks to demand from foreign markets, the Skokie-based company is expanding, Skokie Review reported.

Nate VanderKamp, head of the company’s art department, says two years ago Raw Thrills didn’t sell many games in Asia but now sells in China has grown so much that the company has opened an office there, the newspaper reported.
