Two men were charged with aggravated robbery after police say they lured potential buyers of used cell phones then robbed victims at gunpoint, Chicago Tribune reports.

A Skokie man was among those arrested Tuesday for aggravated robbery following a sting operation police set up after victims told police they were robbed at gunpoint after responding to Craigslist items advertising used cell phones for sale, Chicago Tribune reported.
Assistant State’s Attorney Moe Ahmad said one of the victims met Jay V. Dixon, 25, of the 8700 block of Central Park, Skokie, in a parking lot in Schaumburg to purchase the used phones but Dixon displayed a handgun and fled with $5,000; while Brandon Timberlake, 26, of the 2300 block of west Nichols Road, Arlington Heights, was charged in connection with a July 5 incident where he lured victims into a parking lot and fled with $8,000 after displaying a handgun, the website reported.
