The Brookfield Zoo hasn't been shy about its new Amur leopard cub, and it has a reason to boast: Temur's birth is a small victory for the breed, which is critically endangered with less than 70 animals left in the wild.
Monday, the zoo shared a photo of Temur's first experience with snow — the La Grange area got about 5 inches Sunday — and it's adorable.
"The #wonder & #awe of the first #snowfall as seen through the eyes of our #amurleopard cub," the zoo tweeted, alongside the picture.
