Burlington Avenue Closes For Construction
The road will be closed July 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 18 and 19 from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. between Wolf Road and Johnson Avenue.
WESTERN SPRINGS, IL — Burlington Avenue will be temporarily closed starting July 9, according to Western Springs Police Department. The road will be closed July 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 18 and 19 from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. between Wolf Road and Johnson Avenue.
Police said a crane will be placed in the middle of the street for construction on Foxford Station. During the night, the crane will be parked in 10 Metra parking spaces that will also be closed.
