Hydrant Flushing To Continue Through April 21 In Western Springs

Hydrant flushing takes place throughout the Village between April 5 - April 21. Residents should have received a yellow mailer with schedule details. Water may be discolored when flushing takes place. If you experience discoloration, run the cold water from a fixture on the lowest level of the house until the water runs clear. Avoid doing laundry or using the dishwasher until the water runs clear. For more information, call Public Works at 246-1800, ext 200. For the daily schedule, please call 246-1800 ext. 305.
