Man Arrested for Punching an Uber Driver, Identity Theft: Western Springs Police

The following items were taken from the Western Springs police blotter throughout the past week. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt.
Battery
- Jonathan Neidlinger, 37, was arrested at 3:10 p.m. Nov. 22 after investigation of an incident from mid-September identified him as allegedly punching an Uber driver he’d called.
Traffic violations

- Wilbert Davis, 33, of Chicago was arrested Nov. 21 for driving with a suspended license, not having valid insurance and speeding.
- Steven Regalado, 19, was also arrested for driving without a valid license or insurance. Regalado, who’s from Cicero, was arrested on Nov. 27.
Identity theft
- On Nov. 24, a resident reported that someone had illegally charged their credit card for $1,079.89 worth of merchandise.
- The next day, another resident complained that someone had gained control of their credit card and charged $638 in merchandise.
