St. John of the Cross Parish school announces its first ever Spotlight on STREAM on May 8 2019. Each teacher highlights the different projects they accomplished in their classroom throughout the year centered around the acronym, STREAM, indicating Science, Technology, Reading/Religion, Engineering, Art, and Math. As an extra highlight the eighth grade students will be running hands on activities for younger students in the science lab. SJC is very excited to showcase yet another strong curricular based program to its students and community.
