WESTERN SPRINGS, IL - House lovers will now have the chance to experience the history of Western Springs via a trolley. Three trolleys will transport tour-goers on the Western Springs House Walk this year. The walk, set for Sunday, May 19 from noon until 5 p.m., will feature six homes in four different neighborhoods of Western Springs.

The addition of the trolleys is the result of support from @properties Western Springs and Trish Orndorff Real Estate Developers, according to the Western Springs Historical Society. Ticket price for a spot on one of the trolleys will be $55, while traditional tour-goers will be charged $35 for advance tickets and $45 on the day of the event.

Tickets, which are already available and expected to go quickly, are available here. Those who buy the trolley ticket for the bi-annual event will be given an additional hour of touring time.
