Jason’s training style is a new concept known as movement-based training. It combines purposeful dynamic movement patterns with load, to create a more agile, functionally strong body. It is basically the opposite of traditional gym mentality and body building.
Village President Bill Rodeghier and the Board of Trustees are excited to welcome Jason and The SET to the community. Visit and meet Jason and check out the studio. You can learn more at www.set.fitness or visit them on Facebook.
