Wolf Road Railroad Crossing Will Be Closed Saturday
BNSF maintenance work throughout the day means motorists will need to use side streets to cross the tracks in downtown Western Springs.
WESTERN SPRINGS, IL - If you are out and about in Western Springs this weekend, keep in mind this traffic restriction. The Wolf Road railroad crossing will be closed from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, June 15 because of maintenance work planned by the BNSF railroad.
The village of Western Springs has informed residents and visitors to cross the tracks at either Lawn or Grand avenues. Access those streets via Elm Street heading north or Chestnut Street if heading south.
