Iowa City Leaf Vacuum Suspended For Wednesday, Thursday Due To Snow, Cold

Due to snowy conditions and continued cold temperatures, the leaf vacuum will not be collecting leaves Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2019, or Thursday, Nov. 14..
