Possible Sleet Tonight - A Concern?

According to the National Weather Service, Iowa City will likely see light rain Sunday night.

Precipitation is expected but should not exceed one-tenth of an inch. The low is 32, so there is a chance freezing rain could lead to slick roads overnight.

The rain should be over before sunrise, although Monday could see some flurries in the afternoon. No accumulation expected as temperatures will be in the high 30s.

There is no precipitation anticipated throughout the rest of the week’s forecast.
