Celebrate nature and all that is winter in Iowa with Iowa City Parks and Recreation Department’s Winter Break Camp for youth in grades K-6.

STEAM ice and snow experiments, field trips to Putnam Museum and Kent Park, and Iowa wildlife exploration are just a few of the fascinating activities that will be a part of Winter Break Camp. Days will be filled with games, and swimming.

Camp runs Dec. 23, 27, 30, 2019, and Jan. 2-3, 2020. Register for one day or many. Camp hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; however, supervised open play is available at no extra cost for families to drop off as early as 7:30 a.m. and to pick up as late as 5:30 p.m.
